The responsible brand has signed up to the UN climate neutral Now pledge, which means they have a commitment to balance out the CO2 emission of each garment. Animal Welfare is a crucial part to their sustainability journey, since 2019 all their garments have been fur and leather-free. Designers Remix uses a series of responsible materials such as recycled wool, organic cotton, Tencel™, Lyocell, recycled polyester, and Lenzing Ecovero to create their products. To decrease waste, they re-use and re-shape deadstock pieces mixed with vintage. Designers Remix focuses on transparency and they openly disclose who makes their garments and fabrics.
